An order may be canceled for a full refund before it is released to the warehouse in preparation for shipment. After an order has been released to the warehouse, you will no longer be able to cancel an order and will need to reference our return policy to process a return.

Return Policy for Canadian Customers purchasing from SuperDeker.ca. We are certain you will thoroughly enjoy using your SuperDeker hockey stickhandling trainer each day. SuperDeker stands behind its products and our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a “Hassle Free Returns 30 Day Postage Paid” Return policy for unused products in “new condition”. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Returns for Products NOT purchased on SuperDeker.com
For purchases made at any of our Authorized SuperDeker Dealers, please contact the local retailer where you purchased your SuperDeker Advanced Hockey Training System for their Return policy details.
Products in “New Condition” may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must include all original parts and accessories unused for a full refund. For products to be considered in “New Condition”, they must be unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. For the SuperDeker Advanced Hockey Training System, “new condition” means that the blue protective film has not been removed and the unit can be resold as new. All accessories and components must be returned undamaged and unused with the original packaging for a full refund. Restocking & Shipping fees will apply to products not returned in “new condition” within 30-day window.
Refunds within 30 days of purchase
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any applicable costs.
Products returned in “new condition” as described above, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories will be eligible for a full refund, including return shipping charges.
Products that are returned used or do not contain all original product packaging and accessories will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping and any applicable charges for missing and/or damaged components/accessories.
Items damaged during shipping or missing
You will have 10 days from delivery date to make claims for any missing or damaged items during shipping. After this period, missing or damage claims will be denied.
Steps for Returning an Item
STEP 1: Contact SuperDeker Customer Service at SuperDeker-CustomerService@SuperDeker.com and include your proof of purchase receipt (.jpg, .pdf), and SuperDeker Game Number.
STEP 2: Once your information is received, we will issue you a return label. You will be given instruction on our return process. Your SuperDeker product must be returned to the original packaging.
STEP 3: Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any applicable costs and missing/damaged accessories.
