Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days after shipping from a fulfillment center. Please note that delivery is based on eligible, in-stock products and shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  • All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to large size or location.
  • Price estimates are shown in the cart and final cost per weight range is determined based on shipping address during checkout.

Return Policy for United States

Return Policy for U.S. Customers. We are certain that you will thoroughly enjoy using your SuperDeker hockey stickhandling trainer each day.   SuperDeker stands behind its products and our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority.  After 60 days, all sales are final.

The SuperDeker Training System may be returned and must include all original parts and accessories.

Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any applicable costs. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, where applicable.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

STEP 1: Locate your Order # and contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping product(s) back.

STEP 2: To return or exchange your SuperDeker product, please return the item in the original packaging along with a copy of your Order # and Return Authorization # to:

Shipping and Returns For International

Please contact the local retailer where you purchased your SuperDeker Advanced Hockey Training System for its policy details.


“Gambit Training Technologies, LLC.  Warrants to the original purchaser (“the SuperDeker customer”) of the SuperDeker Product (“the SuperDeker product”), who purchased the product from a distributor, dealer, manufacturer’s representative, or other seller who has been authorized by SuperDeker (“Authorized SuperDeker Dealer”), that this SuperDeker product, including any of its original accessories, is free of defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.  This limited warranty covers parts and labor, except as set forth in this limited warranty.”

Any warranty claims for residential SuperDeker products must be received by SuperDeker or Authorized SuperDeker Dealer within 60 days from the date of purchase for claims on the physical SuperDeker product, or within 270 days for SuperDeker electrical.  SuperDeker will, at its option, repair or replace the SuperDeker product directly or through Authorized SuperDeker Dealer where purchased.


Damage or defects caused by, or resulting from, repairs, service, conversion or alterations to the SuperDeker product or any of its parts and accessories which have been performed by service centers or repair technicians not authorized by SuperDeker; damage or defects caused by negligence, improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, power surges, floods, actual disasters, or force majeure; or improper maintenance of the SuperDeker product or accessories.


SuperDeker product is intended for residential use only and not intended for commercial applications. 

Limited Warranty is void if product is used for any type of commercial use.


 If the SuperDeker customer is not satisfied with the warranty service, he or she must submit a claim in writing to SuperDeker at 1905 Stone Myers Parkway, Grapevine, TX 76051. The written notice must include the model of the SuperDeker product, the Authorized SuperDeker Dealer (or seller) from which the SuperDeker product was purchased, the purchase date, original sales receipt, a detailed description of the problem and the address at which the SuperDeker customer can be reached.  SuperDeker is committed to review each such notice promptly and thoroughly and to respond to the SuperDeker customer in order to settle such dispute.  Any decision is not binding.  The SuperDeker customer is free to initiate an action or proceeding; however, under federal law, no such lawsuit may be initiated unless and until the dispute settlement procedures outlined in the limited warranty have been exhausted.  Any warranty claims shall be goverened by the laws of the state of Texas and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.  If SuperDeker prevails, SuperDeker shall be entitled to reimbursement of all costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, from the SuperDeker customer.
